　　Responsibilities for this job include but are not limited to:

　　Greeting patients visiting and assisting with questions or required forms

　　Answering calls and scheduling appointments

　　Maintain patient documents and data entry of information into systems

　　Using apps to capture patient information

　　Answering emails

　　Assisting with insurance and billing questions

　　Qualifications for this position include:

　　Previous medical office experience REQUIRED!

　　Prior experience working in a physician practice is preferred

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Excellent computer and data entry skills

　　Able to follow directions

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Clear and understandable written and verbal communication

　　Reliable attendance and transportation is a must!

　　Pay for this position will vary based on experience, ranging from $15.00-$20.00/hr.

　　Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
