　　Responsibilities:

　　Greets and Checks In/Checks Out patients.

　　Processes new patient registration forms

　　Manage high-volume amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

　　Schedules appointments for patients:

　　Identifies appropriate insurance as needed and re-verifies accordingly

　　Schedules appointments correctly, clearly documenting the reason for the appointment

　　Acts as liaison between patient and Health Center Staff

　　Requirements:

　　1-3 years medical office experience

　　Scheduling Software and EMR experience (eClinicalWorks desirable)

　　Spanish speaking is required for this position
