HealthPartners is hiring a Director of Care Delivery Finance Analytics. The Director will lead finance analytics across Care Delivery. They will be responsible for providing financial support, analysis, and guidance to Care Delivery finance including centralizing Care statistics, internal and external benchmarking, labor productivity and service line profitability. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Leads and oversees the accuracy of the Care Delivery daily statistic reporting and month-end close corporate and cost center level statistic reporting including the following: Facilitates the automation of the statistical activities. Develops templates and presentations to be used to support the review of finance analytical activities. Directs team that provides financial analytics to Care Delivery finance and operational leaders including the following activities: Prepares financial analytical reporting for Care Delivery finance and operational leaders. Identifies and communicates problem areas which may affect financial performance for Care Delivery. Completes ad hoc analysis and projects as needed. Other projects and analysis Management of Staff including the following: Supervises financial analysts supporting Care Delivery financial analytical work. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including having the authority to hire, transfer, lay off, promote, discipline and discharge, train, reward and conduct performance reviews of direct reports. Ensures compliance to organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Provides coaching to team members for career growth and performance optimization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting. Health Care experience. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis and accounting principles and practices. Experience managing exempt employees. Excellent analytical skills. Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills. Must possess strong consultative, problems solving and teamwork skills.
