Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Pay Rate: Up to $35 per hour DOE (Will turn to salary once hired on fulltime)
Schedule: 2nd shift: 230pm-1130pm (you must be able to train for 2 weeks 9am-530pm)

What’s a typical day as a Medical Device Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
Leading, monitoring, and instructing manufacturing operations for the production of medical device products
Overseeing daily production activities with Manufacturing Leads
Tracking the initiation, flow, and completion of production jobs
Working closely with the Operations Team, Production Planning, Operation Engineers, and Quality to ensure smooth operations and process improvements

Have experience in supervising staff and managing performance
Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, policies, and procedures
Have excellent inventory management skills
Can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Are skilled in analyzing production performance records and data
