Alcami is looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Administrative Assistant you will provide departmental administration support including correspondence, travel and expense report reconciliation, and handle confidential details in a professional manner. The position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and maintains effective working relationship with leadership and employees. Assignments may be in various functional areas; frequent support of finance operations is expected. The position may provide relief for front desk duties to cover receptionist absences or in some locations may provide all receptionist duties for the site. The position works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature in which considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. The position requires superior leadership behaviors of the Alcami core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this position profile.
On-Site Expectation:

Responsibilities:
Assists departmental management with daily tasks and activities and supports special projects as needed.
Schedules appointments, makes travel arrangements, and prepares expense reports.
Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
Handles all incoming phone calls and documents all calls.
Composes and proofs all correspondence, including letters, and reports, prior to distribution.
Prepares presentation materials for departmental management.
Provides support for front desk duties to cover receptionist absences or in some locations may provide all receptionist duties for a facility.
Supports accounting daily functions such as cash clearing, accounts receivable and accounts payable daily activities.
Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related experience, or Associate's degree with at least 3+ years experience or High School diploma with 6+ years experience.Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities:
Understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures.
Understanding of business and office practices.
Understanding of departmental activities and practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong written and oral skills.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to provide support for multiple individuals.
Travel Expectations:
