　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner for a multi-specialty, multi-location health center

　　Handle 80-100 calls per day with a 90% call answer rate

　　Answers calls in a polite and professional manner

　　Identify client needs, clarify information, research each issue & provide solutions; submits telephone encounters as requested

　　Verify patient insurance and patient demographics, update when needed

　　Maintain confidentiality

　　Schedule patient appointments correctly

　　Requirements:

　　Two years medical office experience, preferably in a fast paced practice.

　　Two years Call Center Experience Strongly Preferred.

　　Scheduling Software and EMR experience (eClinicalWorks experience desirable)

　　English and Spanish is a plus

　　Customer friendly attitude

　　High school diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSE) required; College degree preferred
