Wood County Pulmonology Office, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant. Among other things, the selected individual will assist with general patient care, administration of injections, patient education, and related clerical duties including prior authorizations.

　　Job Duties:

　　Prepping patient charts

　　Rooming patients, taking vitals, and updating patient records in electronic medical records

　　Assist physician or provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.

　　Follow up on patient care after testing and/or hospitalization

　　Shift Details:

　　Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

　　Shift:  8:00 am to 5pm

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Required Certification:         

　　Registered Medical Assistant/Certified Medical AssistantPreferred Experience:          

　　Prior medical office experience preferred
