  We are currently looking for a Digital Communication Specialist to join our Marketing team.

  Location: Maslak, İstanbul

  Type of contract: Permanent

  As a Digital Communication Specialist , you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Lead the adaptation & production process to get the digital assets ready on time for each campaign and always-on communication

  • Coordinate the implementation of the media plans with media and creative agencies for periodical and always on campaigns (Social Media, YouTube, Programmatic, SEM, SEO, etc.) in line with media budget

  • Lead the implementation of audience-driven communication with personalization (1st & 3rd party data and content management) to increase conversion rate

  • Keep track of the performance campaign KPIs daily and manage the day-to-day operations with the agencies to optimize for achieving the brand targets and conversion goals

  • Provide weekly & monthly reports by analyzing the media agency reports, Google Analytics data and global dashboards to drive insights and manage the media budget more efficiently

  • Foster a data-driven test&learn mindset to increase the effect of the investment with creative assets, ideas and platforms (ex.A/B testing with content and target groups)

  • Support organization of the influencer content collaborations on digital platforms

  • Lead integration and development of relevant tools and processes to ensure fast and flawless data flow and disruptive consumer communication (global dashboards, local agreements, implementation of global naming conventions, etc)

  • Support development of annual communication strategy and budget management

  • Follow up all emerging digital technologies and channels, trends and best practices

  • Get the designs & delivery lists ready and execute emailing plans in collaboration with CRM team and global agency

  • Support trade team with eRetailer communication plans

  Which profile are we looking for?

  Professional experience:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital acquisition/performance activities driving audience strategy on websites and targeting (SEM, Performance, Programmatic, Retargeting, Custom Audiences, Personalization).

  • Technical knowledge and also experience with Google Analytics (certification is a plus), DoubleClick, DV360, DMP, Criteo, Paid Search and SEO.

  • Experience in brand management and brand communication

  • Excellent digital understanding and communication skills (analytical and creative approach)

  • Experience in Content management (development / adaptation) and Influencer project management is a plus .
