Mechatronics Automation Engineer:

　　10-12+ years of relevant experience in design and development of Assembly and Test Automation projects

　　Experience in working from end-to-end of the project phases – starting from requirement understanding, concept creation, design and development (build, integrate, validate and test)

　　Experience in selection of Cobot, robots, gantry system, conveyers, feeders, ATC (Auto Tool Changer), EAT (End of arm tool). in-feed stacker unit for various applications like pick and place, auto assembly of parts, Pressing & Marking Machine, auto testing (measurement systems)

　　Robotic simulations

　　Good experience in overall manufacturing process of automation systems

　　Experience in automation concept creations and presenting to various stakeholders across global regions.

　　Hands on experience in Assembly line Design and cost estimations

　　Experience in Automation system integration, troubleshooting during manufacturing, Assembly, Testing and commissioning.

　　Experience in Pneumatic designs and part selections like, Pneumatic Cylinder, Pneumatic Valves, Pneumatic grippers, Pneumatic Servo slides,

　　Experience in calculations and selection of Ball Screw, Motors (application specific- servo, stepper, induction), Bearings, LM Rail, Hydraulic Cylinder, Shaft, Plate thickness

　　Experience in design of mechanical structures (using I beam, C-channel, square tube, L angles.)

　　Preparation of 2D & 3D drawing creation experience for overall machining cell with automation Layout generation, cycle time & process feasibility estimation

　　Tools and Skills experience:

　　Proficient in CAD tools like AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid works, Unigraphics.

　　Robotics simulation software

　　GD & T, FEA, thermal analysis

　　Other skills and requirements:

　　Strong in verbal and written communication skills to interact across different countries and at various level of the management.

　　Good Presentation skills in concept creations and selling the novel ideas.

　　Good team player

　　Able to travel domestic and international on need basis.

　　Working from office all 5 days a week

　　Educations: B.E or Masters in Mechatronics is preferable
