　　HH Brown Shoe Co (Cove Shoe Factory) is a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies supplying work and western footwear nationwide. Brands manufactured at the Martinsburg facility include Carolina® work boots, Corcoran® military boots, Double-H Boots® western boots, Matterhorn® mining boots, as well as contracted custom work for many other companies.

　　We are searching for individuals that possess a strong work ethic and the desire to succeed. In addition, no prior experience is needed as we offer on-the-job training for all factory positions. Our company offers an attractive benefit package including health, dental and vision insurance, paid life insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and more after 90 days of active employment. 　　All employees will earn a starting base pay of $12.00/hour with additional piece-rate earning potential of up to $20.00/hour and higher based on production efficiency plus $1/hour bonus pay for weekly perfect attendance..  Employees can expect to work 1st shift, Monday thru Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturday mornings. Shifts typically start at 7AM and may last up to 10 hours based on daily production demands. EOE.
