Our office in Berlin, WI is seeking a 1st shift -Material Handler III - Receiving Department The Material Handler IIIwill be responsible for all material handling needs, primarily pickingwarehoused parts and delivering to assembly areas to ensure efficientproduction. Work closely with production lines to ensure fullutilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand.The Material Handler will be required to achieve company standards forsafety, quality, and productivity. This position reports directly toMaterials Manager or Supervisor. Basic Qualifications: High Schooldiploma or equivalent 2-4 years\' experience. Additional Qualifications:Computer and organizational skills Operate a forklift or other equipmentto transport materials within the factory Practice safe working habits,following safety guidelines to operation and support of companyinitiatives Enter/maintain/transact materials in Generac ERP Ability toidentify and resolve basic problems *Ability to effectively work in ateam environment. *Models positive and professional work ethics.*Effective communication skills Provide solutions for optimum materialflow from HUB (if applicable) to and from inventory storage areasincluding supermarkets to lineside. May also include flow of materialsfrom receiving to shipping. Must be effectively cross-trained onmultiple operations. Ability to use advanced troubleshooting within thematerials environment Expected to train other employees in establishedprocesses Contributes to improving processes, lead times, through-putand cost.
