What You Will Achieve
Prepare and lead the Sales Driver Review and Brand Consensus meetings as part of the monthly IBP process, focus the team on key trends insights and gain full alignment with business team on sales building blocks and demand plan vs. financial latest estimate
Analyze historical sales trends and develop consensus forecast for Brands based on statistical forecast and sales drivers such as promotions and new product launches by closely communicating with commercial sales & marketing team
Accountable for complete view of demand across basic and new SKUs within Affiliate and closure of any gap with related finance / brand plans
Conduct New Product pre & post launch analysis with brands and regional demand planning team and recommend actions for future launches based on historical insights
Interface with business partners to resolve demand gaps/imbalances and shape demand in case of constrained supply
Co-work with business team and inventory planner to manage phase in phase out process and minimize residual
Monthly review the performance of statistical forecast and enhance the adoption to improve forecast accuracy and forecast value added
Responsible for management and oversight demand planning WFA (statistical and enriched), forecasting bias and demand attainment
WFA (Weighted Forecast Accuracy) and Bias correction - Leverage SAP & BI reporting analytics to conduct root-cause analysis for WFA and regular review of Bias to recommend intervention plans with the appropriate teams to drive improvement in forecast accuracy continuously
Support Brand and Finance team in the yearly budget preparation process
Support ad-hoc requests and tasks assigned
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline is preferable
3-5 years of work experience with minimum of 3 years in demand planning function in similar industry, preferably from FMCG or Retail business
Expertise in SIOP/ S&OP / IBP process
Detailed oriented, sensitive to figures and with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform multitasks under pressure
Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
Experienced in SAP, Power BI; Advanced in Excel
