What you'll do:

　　Supporting LIPE products in brand & product promotion ,responsible for HV Product line also working with sales, operations and RD functions to support sustainable business growth and stretched goal for sales revenue. Responsible for researching, analyzing, and predicting the market for high-voltage cable accessories, understanding customer needs and segments trends.Develop and implement market promotion plans to increase brand awareness and market share. Responsible for the sales revenue and profit target of high-voltage cable accessories.Collect VOC and competitor information, and develop corresponding competitive strategies.Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other activities to expand business opportunities.Responsible for customer training of high-voltage cable accessories.Cooperate with other departments and follow up quality, delivery, order handling, payment and technical support.To support other business and marketing activities.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree required, majoring in Electrical Engineering is preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in High-voltage electrical/industrial field.Domestic and international High-voltage(110kV and above) cable accessories market or application background is preferred.Familiar with line installation and protection equipment products is preferred.Project management experience.Excellent verbal and written communications skills Proficient English skills in verbal and written Strong time management skills and close attention to detail.
