Summary
The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating overall marketing strategy with the practice. This position will be a part time role at 18-24 hours a week. Mondays are required. This position is a 1099 role. Compensation is $18-22/hr.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate practice led events
Coordinate overall marketing strategy for the practice
Attend all client events greeting clients as they arrive
Track RSVPs prior and manage all event follow up
Oversee all practice social media and website
Interface with contacts to coordinate meetings, mailings, and other communications
Update CRM with client contact and preference information
Update CRM systems as needed
Answer all incoming calls and disperse them and any messages appropriately
Maintain internal mailing lists, birthday card lists, and monthly calling lists
Support the lead advisor with variety of functions and tasks
Meet and greet clients
Handles incoming telephone calls to Compass Financial Group and responds to requests for information
Drive client/member facing activity in the practice by scheduling meetings with client/members on behalf of the practice’s Financial Advisors
Provides back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or registration for other staff members, as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or marketing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expert knowledge of Office applications
Knowledge of CRM systems, phone systems and office equipment
