　　MUSTS:Skills/Educational Requirements:Master's/Bachelor's Level Graduate in the area of SpeechTherapy or Speech Pathology from an accredited university or college.Certificates of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathologyawarded by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.Current valid Colorado Speech Therapy license.1 year work experience preferredCurrent BCLS Certification.

　　DUTIES:Evaluates, plans and administers comprehensive speech therapymodalities/ regimens as prescribed by a physician to patients with speech,voice, language, cognitive-communicative and oral-pharyngeal swallowingdisorders for the purpose of improving and/or restoring speech and/orswallowinPerforms accurate and comprehensive speech, language andswallowing assessments.Obtains physician orders for certification and recertification ofspeech therapy services.Coordinates care planning and delivery with the physician andother healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.Participates in the department's information management andperformance improvement program.

　　PAY: Hourly Wage: $38.68 - $58.03 per/hour

　　Paid: Every two weeks.
