Job Description

　　Cactus Asphalt is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: proposal writing, scheduling marketing events, customer outreach/management/development, maintaining and developing on-line presence, and creating and maintaining all marketing materials.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides timely accurate sales and marketing data to management to aid initiatives to expand and improve market presence.

　　Creates and updates databases of key customer contact as they relate to each sales division.

　　Manage all JOC submitted packages.

　　Manages existing marketing campaigns and is responsible for creating new initiatives.

　　Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including social media and website.

　　Ensures up to date brand name consistency across all media platforms.

　　Coordinate and execute marketing activities, such as events and trade shows.

　　Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

　　Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

　　Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

　　Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

　　Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

　　Summary of Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

　　Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator role.

　　Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

　　Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

　　Must have a Valid Drivers License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
