Quality Engineer needed for Premier Dental Products Company, located in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Will capture user requirements and convert them into design specifications for creating dental instruments used in various dental procedures/surgeries. Create 3D models and technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD/SolidWorks 3D software, Conduct DFMEA to identify hazards and harms, evaluate their probability and severity, and ensure dental/medical products meet ISO and FDA safety standards. Analyze the root causes of non-conformances, apply CAPAs to address the design and quality issues of dental/ medical products. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP, CATIA v5, and Microsoft Visio for representing product lifecycle processes. Will assist clients located throughout the US. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of experience in the skill set listed above. Must be willing to travel and relocate.
