　　Job Description

　　LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Manager, Database Administration & Development for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with our client in St. Louis, MO!

　　The salary is up to $150k + bonus. This position is 100% onsite, with some flexibility.

　　Position overview:

　　-This role will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 SQL Database Administrators (DBA’s) and developers.

　　-Will not be responsible for any hands-on development, but a prior background in SQL database administration is required.

　　-Ability to scope projects and determine both design and development needs

　　-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle/coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within timelines

　　-Speak clearly and persuasively in challenging situations

　　Requirements:

　　-Must have experience Managing a team of DBA’s

　　-Must have a prior SQL DBA background

　　-Must be willing to work onsite in the office 5 days per week

　　-Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

　　-Must be able to convert to a permanent employee without sponsorship

　　-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
