About Marketing Communications Specialist

  About This Role: The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible to support all marketing initiatives, including development and executing of marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.

  Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and more. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development. Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all content pieces. Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and guidelines. Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive branding materials. Monitor and enforce brand standards across all marketing collateral Website SEO: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices. Collaborate with web development teams to enhance user experience and site performance. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Monitor social media trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. Trade Show Support: Plan and coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and industry events. Develop pre-event and post-event marketing materials to maximize impact. Engage with event attendees to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Reporting: Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Create regular reports on marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  Other Activities:

  Coordinate and complete special work projects as assigned.

  Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the training system. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System. Responsible for supporting collaborative team initiatives and highlighting Sealing Devices SCORE Values in daily work activities.

  What you will need to succeed:

  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field required 2-4 years proven experience in marketing coordination, with strong understanding in marketing strategy Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Office Suite, Wordpress, and Canva

  Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members.
