Job Description

　　The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Director of Marketing and onsite Operations team and to help bring both Aramark?s and our client?s vision and mission to life. The Marketing Assistant is a champion, guardian, advocate and ambassador of the brand. Collaboratively with the key stakeholders, Marketing Assistants coordinate, organize and execute all communication initiatives, including both proactive and reactive communication to bring the brand to life. The assistant will provide support on all local engagement activities, both partner and consumer facing, including but not limited to written and verbal communication, events, learning programs and community events.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Manages all website content, enhancements and further development

　　Drives innovation via technology providing a strategic marketing plan as well as implementation support for multiple platforms such as digital screens, kiosk and mobile applications

　　Manages all social media platforms and drives them to excel

　　Supports with public relations and marketing outreach programs such as student orientation, RA training, tabling and meal plan sales

　　Leads corporate and national brand promotions with the operations team to drive profit growth

　　Assists the Director of Marketing with the completion of regional or corporate databases, spreadsheets and presentations

　　Executes on-site market research initiatives including intercept and digital surveys

　　Builds and maintains core relationships with clients, and local communities

　　Qualifications

　　? Requires content creation experience (internal communication, social media posts, video, websites)

　　? Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

　　? Excellent oral and written communication skills one on one and with large groups

　　? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Canva

　　? Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to all projects
