About the Role
The hired person will be trained and deployed for leading vehicle testing and calibration process. He/she will be responsible for maintaining cycle times, tracking/resolving issues with team support. Here at Magna we encourage new ideas and quick implementation and we are looking for someone who understands brainstorming resolutions and new ideas.
Your Responsibilities
• Maintain the build line activities.
• Follow up on electrical issues related to vehicle.
• Prepare documents for daily presentations.
• Work with customer to resolve standing issues.
• Work with techs to eliminate line blockage.
• Look and create new solutions for data related problems.
• Process optimization
• Ensure process quality.
Who we are looking for
• Any coding language
• Design and Implement Manufacturing Systems Develop new manufacturing processes or modify existing ones.
• Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and communicate.
• Entry level experience
• Adaptability Manufacturing Engineers should be adaptable to changing technologies and industry advancements.
Your preferred qualifications
• Currently Attending a college or University
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good understanding of vehicle electrical system
• Good understanding of coding in any language
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
