　　We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Colgate-Palmolive Villawood Home Care manufacturing team on a permanent basis, on Night shift (11pm-7am).

　　The Manufacturing Team Member (MTM) is responsible for working in a team to successfully accomplish business objectives:

　　Producing a range of Colgate products including Liquid Home Care and Fabric Conditioners

　　Working safely according to Villawood principles and guidelines

　　Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement

　　Solving problems in the manufacturing environment

　　Working in a team to achieve production targets

　　Ensuring product meets all quality specifications

　　Maintaining environmental standards in regard to the manufacture of Colgate product

　　Essential Skills:

　　Mechanical aptitude to a Fitter and Turner level

　　Stretch Blow Moulding experience and demonstrated capability

　　Experience in Sidel Blow Molders preferable

　　Ability to work in a technically advanced / automated manufacturing environment

　　Problem solving and ability to respond efficiently to production breakdowns

　　Communication (written and verbal)

　　Ability to record and analyse basic production data

　　Basic computer skills (Windows/Google applications)

　　Teamwork/relationship building/collaboration skills

　　Personal attributes required:

　　Will be fully committed to achieving the company’s business goals

　　Have a high regard for their own safety and safety of others

　　Are capable of accepting responsibility

　　Are team players

　　Are flexible to work shift work as required

　　Are hard working, innovative, dedicated, flexible and self motivated

　　Interact and communicate well both individually and as members of a team

　　Are willing to become well trained and technically proficient, learning to perform a variety of tasks

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　Forklift License essential

　　Trade Qualifications are highly regarded

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment/similar industry highly regarded

　　Experience working shift work/on night shift
