Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as a senior advisor to leadership regarding matters related to diversity, equity and inclusion as it relates to strategic planning, program policy and guidelines. Typical assignments include: Leading assigned workgroups by providing subject matter expertise and actionable guidance. Providing briefs to senior leadership on progress and concerns of workgroups. Managing and supervising support staff by developing work plans, setting direction and providing guidance on their work coordinating diversity, equity and inclusion activities.
