　　What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Supervisor? You’ll be:

　　• Responsible for the supervision of the assembly department manufacturing team.

　　• Ensuring the team has the resources, skills, training, materials, and information to safely produce a quality part.

　　• Meeting customer specifications and schedules within cost specifications.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

　　• Have automotive manufacturing experience (preferred).

　　• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　• Have demonstrated interpersonal skills in motivating, problem-solving, counseling, evaluating, and training team members.
