角色职责:
参与风盘生产线新产品试制过程，策划工艺方案设计、工艺审核及工艺质量控制。
负责编制风盘产品作业指导书，并持续优化生产过程中工艺流程及布局，提高产品生产效率。
分析风盘生产过程中出现的工艺和质量问题，提出改进方法并组织实施、跟踪。
负责产线相关新设备或新产线的生产调试验证工作，以及其过程中出现问题解决的推进工作。
负责风盘现场员工工艺技能的培训、提高、考核和管理。
负责风盘生产线新工艺新方法的引进与推广应用。
负责推进产线高效及自动化技术革新与应用。
车间工装工具新制，改进及更新维护
配合风盘团队完成各项日常生产过程中发现的其它问题
最低要求:
机制工艺、工业工程、暖通等相关专业，本科以上学历；
3年以上工作经验，具备工艺及暖通空调相关工作经验优先考虑；
具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
善于钻研工艺流程问题，责任心强；
熟悉运用 AutoCAD/inventor 等二维、三维软件。
