ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Applies established methodologies and engineering principles, such asmechanics, metallurgy, thermodynamics, statistics, and physics, toperform specific and defined portions of engineering projects withincost, quality, delivery, and safety constraints. Prepares project statusreports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information andtrends. Conducts testing to evaluate process effectiveness. Updatesroutings, sketches, and work instructions to account for processchanges, as directed. Prepares initial manufacturing sketches androutings per customer specifications and Company standards. Documentsclear and technically accurate explanations for all project and processchanges. Responds to internal customers in a timely manner and supportsall efforts to ensure products meet customer requirements. As directed,dispositions product and any rework that may result. Clearlycommunicates technical information and answers standard questions.Utilizes time management and organizational skills to ensure assignedtasks are completed on time. Proceeds under direct supervision and fromdetailed instructions. Maintains or exceeds production standards throughefficient organization and planning. Demonstrates thorough knowledge ofand conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instructionrequirements that govern Engineering operations. Follows and complieswith safety policies and procedures. Accurately completes all requireddocumentation. Meets attendance policy requirements.
