　　Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment

　　Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

　　Design of new, and development of MOP (manufacturing operation plan) in PMx

　　Change of existing technological processes

　　Preparation of bases for bids for new positions and facilities in the bidding phase

　　Work on modernizations and optimizations of technologies

　　Introduces new technological procedures

　　Analyzes the choice of standard tools, and equipment and additional welding material

　　Proposes and / or requires the development of special tools, devices and preparations

　　Solving current problems in the plant and various technological problems

　　Preparation of technical documentation for welding works, WPS sheet, welding procedure qualification (WPQR), welding technology

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with previous experience

　　Master of Mech.Eng - previous experience not required

　　English language knowledge in reading and writting

　　Local (Croatian) language knowledge required

　　Welding knowledge

　　Strong oral and written communication skills.
