Managing Director II Head of Distributions

　　The Loan Syndications Managing Director II Head of Distributions role will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues providing expertise in arranging and distributing syndicated loans and other capital market debt facilities for clients.Position Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Leads a team of loan syndications colleagues that are responsible for growing NII through arranging, and distributing syndicated loans, other capital market debt facilities, and administrative agent operations.Deal Team Lead:Lead the deal team executing on mandates won. This ranges from due diligence up, running the bank meetings and on through documentation to assure timely closing.Training:Responsible to keep training and advancing the development and capabilities of colleagues on the Distributions team.Ensures regulatory compliance and risk management training and monitoring of the team.

　　Position responsibilities:4 year Bachelor Degree10 or more years experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry7 years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/Loan Syndications or other Capital Markets areas, including knowledge of the loan syndication process and knowledge of various private placement debt and equity products3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Power PointLicenses & Certifications:Required series 7, 63, 79, 24; Can have 24 in progress if not currently supervising
