Partner with Franchisees and Co-Ops to recommend marketing programs to drive incremental transactions. Act a primary connection point between franchise system and Buffalo Wild Wings marketing organization. This full-time position reports to the Manager of Field Marketing and sits within the Category Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and foster relationships with franchise operators, key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
Provide measured effectiveness of marketing tactics and community partnerships to accurately determine impact and ROI/ROAS and guide business decisions.
Work cross-functionally with teams in the development and implementation of franchise projects and programs.
Develop content/presentations for Co-op & franchise sports bar markets.
Manage online maps, hours of operation, reviews, and respective vendor relationships.
Participate in virtual and in-person regional meetings.
Coordinate regional/DMA/sports bar events/activations and support local PR efforts.
Manage Co-op and Local Marketing Group directories and email databases.
Lead scheduling of Local Marketing Group and Franchise Connection meetings.
Develop communications/updates to key stakeholders and systems.
Manage budget tracking tools, process invoices and lead audit processes.
Own register programming and creative request processes.
Support loyalty inquiries/requests.
Build and deliver new restaurant opening/remodel plans.
Develop and track franchise variance marketing requests/records.
Acting liaison from field to support center for all marketing-related inquiries/requests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year Degree with a marketing focus preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in field marketing or related field.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills are required.
A professional, proactive, and open-minded approach to marketing with creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a team and individually on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Proven ability to build relationships.
Ability to work remotely with little or no supervision.
Ability to travel domestically approximately up to 20% if needed.
Experience in supporting local marketing remotely within the restaurant industry preferred.
