  What you'll do:As a Managing Director you'll be in a top-levelleadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic planand guiding your group in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth andcustomer retention targets. You'll lead a group of Business DevelopmentOfficers and staff to expand our market share, grow the portfolio, anddeepen the relationship with our customers. You'll be responsible forleading the growth and development of the group's general portfolio the HOABanking Team. While Managing Directors work their own network and top-tiercustomers in the portfolio, much of your time will be devoted to supportingyour group in deposit sales, credit structuring discussions, portfoliohealth management, and market dynamics responsiveness.

  The candidate selected can work out of any of one of our locations in theUnited States.

  What we are looking for:

  Responsible for supporting the Division in developing and executing theBank's strategic plan, with specific focus of leading the efforts to growthe loan and deposit portfolio of the assigned region or business line. Theyare measured on their team's success in meeting sales objectives,portfolio health, and management of market dynamics.

  Establishes the parameters for the various teams and business developmentofficers regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term. Oversees thecredit structuring development process, customer assessment, andpresentation to senior and divisional loan committees.

  Responsible for the group's success in managing portfolio health, and theteam's efforts to pro-actively address customer needs including depositservices, payment systems, software integration and treasury managementproduct

  Fosters strong, healthy working relationships with executive and seniorleaders in partner departments (including Customer Service, Implementationteams, product management, Credit Administration, RiskManagement/Compliance, Loan Administration, and other internal supportdepartments, and third-party services), and facilitates team'scontribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements,risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.

  Provides supervision to and directs the activities of their staff; performssupervisory tasks such as performance appraisals, corrective actions, andinterviewing candidates for employment; develops work schedules; providesnecessary training and coachingQualifications

  Bachelors degree in related field and fifteen (10) years of Lendingand/or Deposit Sales, Credit Administration, or other applicablefinancial services or community management experience

  Advanced to expert knowledge of general banking operations, includingdeposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/orother commercial banking products and services.

  Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal complianceobligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  Strong knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring, pricingdynamics, and has market specific awareness.

  Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences.

  Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $175,865.00 -$197,856.00 for CA - Remote (Northern). Salary range for new hires isgenerally $175,865.00 - $197,856.00 for Denver, CO. Salary amount isdetermined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligiblefor annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
