This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Manager, Employee Leadership Communications Diagnostics North America , you will: Support the North America Head of Diagnostics Laboratory Solutions by creating employee-facing messaging, talking points, slide development, social media posts, and video messages. Create customer-facing senior leader communications in case of operational changes and issue management (product availability etc.). Develop and execute a cadence of strategic leadership messages on business strategy and initiatives to inform, engage and activate employees. This includes manager communications, employee town halls, and open QA sessions. Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to create and execute communications strategies and messages in support of projects, programs, and other change initiatives. Advise and support the North America Diagnostics Head of Finance and Head of Customer Services and foster collaboration with the Commercial team, focused on aligned messaging. Create, actively manage, monitor and optimize internal communications channels based on metrics, feedback leading to an optimal multi-channel approach. Support the development and delivery of Leadership Team, Manager, and Sales meetings that engage and connect the North America Diagnostics colleagues. This role reports into the global Head of Diagnostics Communications and you will be part of the extended North America Diagnostics Leadership team.

Have a strong executive presence and be able to advice and counsel senior leaders on optimal Employee Leadership Communications strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project and competing deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills; high level of attention to detail; and creativity. Strong copy-editing and proofing skills are also required. Proven ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable conclusions. Experience in writing for and producing content for multi-channel communications, including events, video, digital, and social media (internal and external social platforms) Required skills to have for the success of this role

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related filed. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred. Have 7-10 years deep professional know-how and experience in a similar role and will have solid professional judgment and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is [120k-185k] annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
