　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering

　　Proficiency with LabView and TestStand Software

　　Proficiency with standard electrical diagnostic equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Data Analyzers, current and voltage sources, etc.)

　　Proficiency with computer software design tools (word processor, spreadsheet, database, CAD, Circuit design, PCB layout).

　　The ability to write technical reports and training materials and to keep a laboratory notebook.

　　The ability to diagnose problems through the application of theory and testing.

　　The ability to work in teams and groups.

　　The ability to organize and lead design teams to produce new designs or resolve problems with existing designs.

　　Instrumentation experience and knowledge.

　　Electronics and software background.
