　　Note - Pay rate for this job is $25 - $35 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Measure and cut drywall to fit specific areas of walls and ceilings

　　Install drywall panels using hand tools, power tools, or adhesive

　　Apply tape and joint compound to seams between drywall panels to create a smooth, seamless surface

　　Sand and smooth out rough spots and uneven surfaces

　　Install metal or wooden framework for ceiling systems, using hand tools, power tools, or adhesive

　　Read blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations

　　Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

　　Maintain a clean and safe work area

　　Qualifications:

　　Trade tools Required 

　　3 years minimum experience - reference required

　　There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training in your trade is preferred 

　　Experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction sites preferred

　　Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience

　　Strong work ethic and safety oriented 

　　Some assignment have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests
