Key Responsibilities
Engage closely with Business Unit Product Line Management, Design Engineering, and Operations to develop a Supply Chain capable of supporting successful launch of New Products.
Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements for New Products. Identify, develop, and manage effective relationship with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.
Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans.
A leadership position, responsible for identifying functional linkages across the organization and develop appropriate processes and road map for the BU/ technology group including hiring plans, training requirements, staffing etc.

U.S. Salary Range:
$148,000.00 - $203,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
