The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon consumer business which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Sellers are our customers and we help them to sell their products to hundreds of millions of customers world-wide. We are looking for a talented marketer to drive our Seller programs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop program / marketing strategies to drive Seller engagement across multiple Seller programs. You will manage a team of marketers to help Sellers get the best out of Amazon. You will work to identify opportunities to automate in order to scale workflows and to free-up time for high judgment, high value activities. You will work with multiple stakeholders to invent, test and roll-out new ideas touching multiple parts of the seller experience including internal and external platforms. You will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with rolling up the sleeves to deal with ambiguity, show strong attention to detail, display high-calibre analytical ability and will be at ease working in a fast-paced environment. You must also enjoy being a creative contributor and thrive working in a start-up like environment.

Basic Qualifications
For this position, we expect..
· 7+ years of experience in the field of Online Marketing / Program Management or a related field.
· Strong communication skills and high standard of verbal and writing for English and Japanese.
· Demonstrated ability to set and achieve long-term objectives.
· Ability to think strategically and holistically while being able to dive deep to make data-based decisions.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize and drive work to completion.
· Ability to influence and earn trust at various levels of leadership across marketing, product and tech orgs.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and interact with Senior Management on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience with Email , Social Media, SEO, and Digital Advertising
Proven experience working with tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
