What does the Core Food team do?
We skillfully combine customer insights, competitive trends, and business metrics to deliver the best possible Starbucks food experience for our customers.
We partner with experts across Starbucks to launch craveable food that supports and grows our brand.
As a manager, product , Core Food , you will…
Product Commercialization: Define, develop, and launch new product opportunities within the breakfast category.
Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop strong relationships withcross functional teams to drive forward upcoming breakfast product innovations.
Understanding and Influence: Leverage leadership and strategic thinking skillsto influence cross functional teams and leaders towards upcoming breakfast product decisions
Project Management: Deliver recommendations that demonstrate cross-functional strategic thinking.
Category Strategy: Leverage customer, business, and partner insights to refine the breakfast roadmap.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Education (minimum education level, degree, or certification necessary):
Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience Years of experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills (minimum needed to be qualified):
3-5+ years of total workforce experience with preference for 1-2+ years in category or brand management
Project planning, management, execution, and collaboration (2+ years)
Developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences (1+ years)
Previous experience in food & beverage or retail industries an asset
