Aston Carter is working with a great client in the Kansas City area who is looking to hire a Project Coordinator. The company is implementing Deltek Vantagepoint and is looking for someone with prior experience to help support the manager. This person will be managing Q&A sessions, testing sessions, managing tickets and more! This person needs to have prior experience using Deltek Vantagepoint and ideally has implemented Deltek Vantagepoint. The role is projected to go for about 6 months but will most likely get extended. The role is hybrid and this person will go into the office 3 days/week. Prior project accounting experience is highly preferred!
Job Description:
Manage the process for Q&A sessions
Manage testing sessions
Add testers, provide comments
Owning/managing testing sessions
Help with process documentation
Manage JIRA tickets
Minimum Qualifications:
Deltek Vantagepoint experience required
Experience implementing an ERP system (preferably Deltek Vantagepoint)
Project Management/Coordination experience
