About the Role & Team
We are a part of Disney Signature Experiences - Pricing and Revenue Management team and support Disney Vacation Club, which is a dynamic business offering vacation ownership across 16 resorts in Florida, South Carolina, California, and Hawaii – with more announced and under development!
This role reports to the Sr Manager, Pricing & Revenue Management DVC A&E.
What You Will Do
Enhance revenue and profitability of the Disney Vacation Club sales business via pricing and promotions.
Lead and prepare content for large, cross-functional forums, including Pricing Promotion Planning with participants up to SVP Level, including Pricing Promotion Planning bi-weekly meetings
Develop and implement pricing and promotional incentive strategies using detailed analysis of Sales trends, while also incorporating senior leadership and operational feedback
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to finalize consumer-facing promotional offers messages
Supervise business performance in collaboration with Sales Finance team to ensure progress toward Forecast goals; adapt pricing and promotional strategy accordingly
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for use in pricing and promotional decisions
Required Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in fields such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance, or Forecasting & Planning
Build positive relationships with partners through outstanding various methods of communication, including the ability to ask questions to gain understanding and influence situations to achieve efficient solutions
Self-directed and proactive, constantly anticipating business needs and engaging key partners
Proficient in Excel and data analysis, with experience turning raw data into consumable and actionable insights
Proven experience with PowerPoint and ability to tell a story with experience translating sophisticated analytical concepts into meaningful recommendations to partners and leadership
Flexibility and willingness to quickly learn skills and processes, while actively designing new ways to advance the business
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Disney Theme Parks and Resorts analytical experienceEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or other quantitative field
Master’s degree preferred
