  Purpose:

  The Territory Manager, Key Accounts will welcome and engage with legal-age smokers and nicotine users to educate them on and ultimately convert them to smoke-free products. Territory Manager, Key Accounts will closely collaborate with other B2B2C key partners to influence retailers while successfully implementing the operating model. Territory Manager, Key Accounts will have KPIs, and metrics assigned focused on implementing the strategy to convert legal-age smokers and nicotine users to smoke-free alternatives, increasing brand advocacy and awareness while forming a favorable perception of products and brand.

  What you’ll do:

  Drive increased sell through and market share for each store within the designated territory through a comprehensive approach including direct and indirect consumer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel at all levels. (penetration for increased market share)

  Build relationships and interact with retail and indirect partners to share knowledge through training to build brand advocacy, and other strategic activities to help drive sales.

  Complete data collection for insights and daily activities using clientele capturing systems. Provide market, store, and consumer level reporting including market intelligence, competitive activity, feedback on current retail market conditions, and/or opportunities that impact sales and market share.

  Maintain highly visible and consistent presence in designated retail and indirect stores within assigned territory.

  Monitor point of sale throughout the day for inventory. Have awareness of delivery schedule and follow correct protocol if stock runs out. Ensure product display in-store is consistent with client guidelines and that displays and devices are cleaned and functioning properly.

  Comply with the rules of acceptance and processing of return logistics at retail outlets.

  Comply with all local regulations.

  Comply with all outlined processes and procedures.

  Inform and conduct customized product demonstrations based on conversations with legal-age smokers and nicotine users to fully convert to smoke-free alternatives.

  Applies and adjusts marketing strategies to increase smoke-free alternatives sales.

  Complete each interaction with an exceptional standard of consumer service to convert legal-age smokers and nicotine users in line with expectations from training.

  Regular training, testing, webinars, surveys, and evaluation events are held on time on the platform.

  Verification of interested consumers to ensure they are 21 years of age or above.

  Qualifications

  Who you are:

  3 years of field sales experience or retail in a B2C environment.

  Licensed driver with a good driving record.

  Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.

  Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence others.

  Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

  Can work independently at times with little direction as well as collaboratively with other sales representatives.

  Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport quickly through active listening and empathy.

  Capable of keeping sensitive consumer data secure and confidential.

  Ability to coordinate and lead formal / informal training events on product features and benefits within store, market, and virtually.

  Ability to work directly with Key Account management and team members in a sales-driven retail and indirect environment to identify and execute on opportunities to increase advocacy.

  Proven experience collecting and reporting information on competitive product and service offerings to management.

  Knowledgeable in the analysis of sales and market/territory data used to provide consultation and/or correction for under-performing stores.

  Outstanding organizational, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.

  Experience across multiple skillsets including sales and consumer service is strongly preferred.

  Must be 25 years of age, or older.
