The position
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Manager, Payroll and Benefits Communications & Content and a member of our Payroll and Benefits department.
The Manager, Payroll and Benefits Communications & Content will have a wide range of responsibilities from crafting narratives to analyzing data, remain undeterred in the face of obstacles, problem-solve, and know how to navigate and influence within a large and complex organization. You will be responsible for developing creative and strategic multichannel communications for both internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring our internal and external documentation and knowledge base scales with us. In working closely with the department Directors and other stakeholder team members across Remote - including marketing, people, sales, engineering, product, growth, training, creative and lifecycle, this position will provide analytical, administrative, informational, and technical support in the documentation and communication of benefit programs and legislation across the globe. You will continue to develop the tools, training, and materials that embed sustainability into our business and enable us to speak to these initiatives with transparency and authenticity.
Key responsibilities Work closely with team stakeholders to understand what they are working on and what is important to them, guiding them on what needs to be communicated to the broader teams and crafting the narrative so everyone is brought along on the journey in an inspiring and effective way. Take ownership of a regular programme of motivational leadership communications, preparing and delivering messaging on a broad variety of topics related to Payroll & Benefits department to create a sense of shared purpose, alignment and transparency. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing departments to deliver effective internal and external communications and crisis management of new features/functions, how-to knowledge, legislation, blogs, emails, in-product messaging, knowledge-base content. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and Sales Teams to bring more transparency, ownership and leadership on how to strategically discuss benefits for our EOR payroll and Global payroll products. Design proactive solutions to improve the user experience to bring more transparency for access to accurate, relevant and pertinent Global Payroll & Benefit information including legislative, how-to knowledge, FAQs, why it's important and in an easily consumable way. Use metric based, data driven analysis to support the long-term user happiness to increase NPS, CSAT, eNPS and reduce churn. Requirements Extensive experience in managing internal and external content, communications and documentation, preferably within a start up/scale-up environment. Ability to uncover and anticipate needs, synthesise feedback, and use data to develop and present creative content, documentation and communication strategies. Experience of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including corporates and individuals. Strong digital skills and the ability to create and refine powerful messaging. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with team members and external contacts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required. Writes and speaks fluent English. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus. Benefits
