We are looking for a Manager of Sales Lab Products & Services (x|f|m) for the Sales department in Goettingen working remotely (Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG). This position can be based near Göttingen with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis.
In this position you will be managing an experienced sales team working remotely. Your responsibility includes driving the sales strategy for our Lab Products & Services business (Lab Essentiels portfolio).

Driving the virtual sales strategy for the Lab Essentiels in Lab Products & Services portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Manage and coach an existing sales team for Life Science Research and Applied Research Markets
Ensure an effective account and territory coverage with a clear focus on customer relationships
Identify opportunities to grow the business and achieve the sales target
Actively cooperate with other teams in a matrix sales process
Drive customer satisfaction across your area of responsibility
Coordinate and participate in virtual or physical sales activities (seminars, exhibitions)
Provide regular reporting ( i .e . forecasts, activity reports, business reviews etc.)
What will convince us
University degree or scientific background in life science, biology, biotechnology or similar qualification
Several years experience of management a sales team, preferably within our focused industries
Expertise in leading and coaching a sales team
Expertise in change management
Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken, French would be an asset
Strong business acumen in combination with a clear customer-centric approach
Highly self-motivated, open-minded and a positive attitude
