This internship has the opportunity to make a lasting impact of transforming the way in which we performance manage against North America Operating Unit (NAOU) results.
We will first start with sharing the baseline work that is done today and share with you the vision and goals for our organization. The future state reporting will center around on how we can best improve our format, framework, and visualization of results.
Additionally, with the emergence of AI and specifically Chat GPT we would like to explore a way in which business results can be explained in an automated fashion.
We believe the future is now and getting experience in this space can be advantageous for you as well as our team and the broader NAOU community.
