　　Managerial Responsibilities:

　　Proactively schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

　　Provide swift and professional responses to inquiries from both customers and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and support.

　　Ensure that team members achieve safety, quality and budgetary objectives, upholding our commitment to excellence.

　　Oversee and adherence to our company's quality program, guarenteeing completion and compliance.

　　Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and other government agency regulations to ensure safe work operations.

　　Collaborate with recruiting team to facilitate interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes.

　　Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
