As the Nordic QSHE Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) strategy across the Nordic region in a commercial business environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a Nordic and global organisation to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with local and international QSHE regulations and standards.

Are you ready for your future challenges? As our Nordic QSHE Lead, you will have three main areas of responsibility on a Nordic levelresponsibilitiy:
1) QSHE Management System
Drive and implement our global QSHE strategy, processes and plans.
Ensure QSHE Management systems are in place in accordance with Nestlé requirements, ISO 9001/14001/45001, permits, and customer specific requirements
Develop, monitor, coach, and implement QSHE processes, behaviours and procedures,
2) Ensuring Compliance Through Audits, Training, Coaching and Reviews
Ensure Regulatory compliance of products, claims and processes.
Conduct reviews and audits of boutiques, warehouses, offices, and suppliers
Driving the understanding of the Nestlé QSHE values, behaviours and standards
3) Strive for Zero Safety Incidents and Increased Consumer Satisfaction
Ensure the root cause analysis of the safety incidents and quality issues.
Foster and coach others on incident and failures analysis in an agile way of working.
Closely liaise with other functions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from a similar Quality & Safety position
Experience in delivering results and communicating effectively in an international business with a large number of stakeholders
Strong knowledge of local and international QSHE regulations and ISO standards
Proven track record in ensuring QSHE strategies, processes, and programs
Fluent in English and one Nordic language - both written and spoken
The ability to travel approximately 10% of your working hours.
