Employee (Caregiver) Health LPN LVN *Part Time, Variable Shift, Temporary with benefits*

In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the Caregiver Health Nurse (LVN/LPN) is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services within scope of practice. The CHS LVN/LPN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies.

Required qualifications:

Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

3 years of experience as an LVN/LPN in an acute or post-acute setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing.

1 year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting.

6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM.
