Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager, International Tax in Saint Louis, MO. Duties Include:
Manager, International Tax will be responsible for the company's international tax computations and reporting requirementsCalculating the foreign tax credit, GILTI inclusion, and completing the foreign informational returnsManage the Transfer Pricing policy and reporting requirements, both for the US and foreign jurisdictionsAssist the senior accounting manager with the international tax implications for the tax provisionThis position is responsible for helping with the direction of the tax department through coordination with the Senior Manager of Accounting, Manager of Tax Compliance, and Tax DirectorMonitors and understands BEPS Pillar IICalculates any global minimum tax implicationsProvides ASC 740 support for the international tax calculations included in the global tax provision and support for the STAT tax provisionsAs a Manager, International Tax, you will manage the tax return filing process for the foreign income tax returnsModels and integrates acquisitions, tax law changes, changes in the business structure, and/or other tax planning opportunitiesReviews, coordinates, and updates area goals and procedures with the Senior Manager-Tax Accounting, Manager-State Tax Compliance, and Tax DirectorREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degreeLicenses and Credentials - Minimum Required: Series 99 or obtained within six months7+ years of corporate international income tax experienceThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
