　　Location: WFH - ONLY FOR ARKANSAS, OKLAHOMA, AND IOWA RESIDENTS

　　Pay Rate:

　　$18/hour

　　$18.50/hour (English + Spanish)

　　What you get: Up to $70/month Internet reimbursement

　　Shift: M - F, Flexible between 5am-5pm MT

　　What you will be doing:

　　Answering back-to-back calls, to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to members and providers

　　Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims payment and authorizations

　　Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions

　　The right candidate will have:

　　2 years of proven Call Center experience

　　1 year of Healthcare, Medical, or Health Insurance experience required

　　Basic computer knowledge and ability to resolve basic IT issues without assistance

　　Positive personality and lots of energy that comes through clearly over the phone

　　English + Spanish is preferred.

　　Must have Internet Speed of 50 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload

　　No time off first 2 weeks.
