  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting to join our Finance & Accounting organization.

  Responsibilities:

  Work with functional leaders in developing their annual plan and forecast; prepare various monthly financial reports

  Routinely review and analyze financial results and communicate variances to recommend solutions with team and functional leader

  Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities to confirm entries are properly recorded in general ledger and in accordance with the firm's policy and GAAP

  Provide decision support through modeling and ad hoc analysis

  Lead or participate in team projects and continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives

  Qualifications:

  Minimum five years of recent progressive finance and accounting experience; preferably within a professional services environment

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  Proven experience with Financial Reporting and Analysis and Planning with strong problem-solving skills; must be a self-starter

  Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, and Business Objects HANA; preferred experience with Business Analytics Tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau are some examples)

  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  US Citizenship is required
