AR Specialist II - Cash App

　　Competitive Candidate Profile

　　1)Accurate daily application of receipts into the accounting systems as directed by the customer remittance.

　　2)Properly code miscellaneous receipts to the correct G/L account

　　3)Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation of cash receipts to the G/L and bank statements

　　4)Perform posting reversals for NSF checks and issue notification to AR team.

　　5)Monthly reconciliation of unapplied receipts

　　6)Ensure integrity of the G/L accounting distribution for cash receipts, invoices, and A/R adjustments, as it relates to the activity in the receivable sub-ledger

　　7)Provide support in preparing and processing ACH payments according to net terms

　　8)Assist in ongoing internal audit clean-up and research requests.

　　9)Provide requested support to management for external audit requests.

　　10)Provides reports to Management as requested

　　11)Assist and support staff by responding quickly, accurately and diplomatically to AR and cash related inquiries that occur in the function area, and other finance areas.

　　12)Training/mentoring new teammates and interns
