  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Federal Security to join our Enterprise Security Services organization.

  Responsibilities:

  Apply a thorough understanding of federal security to manage and coordinate the internal Federal Security CUI Governance program and CUI self-inspection requirements; interact with KPMG personnel to identify and educate where CUI is being stored, transmitted, or processed

  Maintain accurate records of CUI and ensure proper storage and disposal of such information

  Participate in security compliance activities to ensure compliance with related government contract security requirements

  Develop and implement policies and procedures for the handling of CUI; ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards related to CUI; collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the proper handling of CUI throughout the organization

  Stay abreast on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices related to CUI management

  oversee work product(s) and lead entire small projects, managing deadlines, expectations, and often contributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by more junior staff; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to such individuals and will also serve as a formal performance manager of a team of junior employees

  Qualifications:

  Minimum five years of recent experience in information handling and federal security compliance

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  Must have current/active secret clearance or ability to obtain one

  Understanding of security regulations and Executive Orders; to include FAR 52.204; solid understanding of Government contracts, contracting process, and Federal Security requirements contained within, as well as understanding of NIST 800-171, 800-53, FedRAMP and CMMC

  Ability to create and deliver executive level presentations; strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

  Capability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members

  US Citizenship is required
